Once Nova-Rapid successfully passes your challenge and you qualify for a payout, requesting your withdrawal is simple. Here’s how:
1. Log in to your dashboard at: hub.traderscale.com
2. Navigate to ‘Accounts Overview’ and select ‘Go to Metrics’ for the specific trading account.
3. The ‘Request Payout’ button will appear once you’ve met all the necessary requirements.
REQUIREMENTS FOR WITHDRAWALS:
• Withdrawals are only possible on funded accounts with profits exceeding $250.
• Your first withdrawal can be requested 30 days after your first trade, provided there are no open positions and you’ve completed at least 10 trading days.
• The default profit split is 80%/20%, but if you opted for the 90% Profit Split Add-On, the split will adjust accordingly.
SUBSEQUENT WITHDRAWALS:
• After your first withdrawal, you can request payouts every 14 days. To streamline the withdrawal process, you’ll need to create an account on RiseWorks.io. We recommend using the email associated with your TraderScale account for faster processing. Once registered, update your payment information on the Rise Works platform.
IMPORTANT CONSIDERATIONS:
Please be mindful of your Maximum Drawdown Level, which is trailing and never resets lower. After a withdrawal, your new balance will be closer to your drawdown breach level, so it’s crucial to leave enough in your account to accommodate your maximum drawdown amount.
Example:
On a $100,000 account, if you’ve made a 6% profit ($6,000) and withdraw the full amount, your new maximum drawdown level will be $98,000. This leaves only a 2% drawdown allowance. We recommend maintaining a 4% buffer, aligning with the daily drawdown allowance. You can find more details about TraderScale's Maximum Drawdown Level Here.
Once you submit a payout request, TraderScale's compliance department will review your account. You’ll be notified of approval, adjustment, or rejection within 48 business hours, with payouts processed within 72 business hours, provided all company rules are followed.
Note: For your first withdrawal, you must complete the KYC process and sign the TraderScale contract. The ‘Request Payout’ button will not be active until these steps are completed.
